Free EstimateAt Nunez Roofing, we believe your home deserves more than a quick fix and a handshake from a stranger passing through town. Founded in 2016, we are a locally owned and operated roofing company proudly serving New Boston, TX and the surrounding communities of Bowie County. Our team lives here, works here, and genuinely cares about the roofs over our neighbors’ heads.
Our mission is simple: deliver honest, high-quality roofing work at a fair price — every single time. We treat every home as if it were our own, and we build every customer relationship on a foundation of trust and transparency. Unlike large franchise chains that cycle through crews and prioritize volume over quality, Nunez Roofing brings a personal touch to every project. When you call us, you speak with the people who will actually be on your roof. That’s a difference you’ll feel from the very first conversation.
Our Story
Nunez Roofing was born out of a straightforward idea: New Boston homeowners deserved a reliable, local roofer they could actually count on. When founder and lead contractor Jose Nunez launched the company in 2016, he saw a gap in the market — too many out-of-town contractors were swooping into Bowie County after storms, doing rushed work, and disappearing before the problems surfaced. He knew he could do better, and more importantly, he knew he could stay.
Starting with a small crew and a commitment to craftsmanship, Nunez Roofing steadily grew its reputation across New Boston and beyond. Word spread through neighborhoods near downtown, along Highway 82, and across the surrounding rural communities that here was a roofer who showed up on time, communicated clearly, and stood behind his work long after the last shingle was nailed down.
Over the years, we’ve completed hundreds of residential and commercial roofing projects throughout the region. We’ve helped families recover after hail storms that swept through Bowie County, replaced aging roofs on homes that have stood for generations, and partnered with local contractors on new construction builds. Community matters deeply to us — we sponsor local events, support Bowie County neighbors in need, and take pride in being a business that gives back to the town that gave us our start. New Boston isn’t just where we work. It’s home.
