I wanted to wait for couple years to really tell the difference. They completed a massive job for us 3 years ago, replacing the siding and skirting and adding a vapor barrier and foam board insulation that has already improved our home’s efficiency. Last year they also completely redid the roof with the same high-quality insulation and vapor barrier, topped it off with a durable metal galvanized roof and new gutters, and even redid the sunroofs. Their attention to detail on the custom metal work and the complex layers of insulation was impressive. Very big difference in electric bill! At least a 40 percent drop!
